New black (Carbon Black) from NE PIGMENTS is the most saturated among the black pigments on the market based on technical carbon with a milling of less than 100 nm.
Temperature: cold.
Deep black. Independent color.
Zones: arrows and inter-eyelash filling of the eyelid, scalp (trichopigmentation).Very opaque, easy to apply, but does not spread under the skin. The pigment is easily removed from the skin with a cotton pad.
Work shallowly to achieve a rich black color without blueness.
Removed through a warm color. Remover without any special features.
